We hope all our customers will love the ShowrShield and will never want to return it. But due to the current Coronavirus outbreak and the ShowrShield is also classified as a “PERSONAL HYGIENE” item, therefore once the ShowrShield is opened out of the protective sealed inner poly bag that surrounds ShowrShield, the item cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. The ShowrShield is worn very close to the face and we cannot resell the ShowrShield to another customer once the the inner poly bag has been opened or the ShowrShield has been used due to risk of bio droplets contaminated with Covid-19 contacting any surface of the ShowrShield which may be harmful if resold to another customer. If the inner protective poly bag has not been opened we will accept returns and may charge up to a 25% restocking fee to clean and disinfect the packaging and replace the outer tube and outer poly bag making the return safe for resale to customers. The amount of the restocking charge is based on the of time required to clean, disinfect and replace opened packaging. To obtain a refund without a restocking fee charge, customers may only return new, unopened and unused items in its original packaging within 10 calendar days of delivery (postmark on return postage is acceptable for proof of delivery during 10 calendar day return) for a full product refund plus applicable taxes only (Shipping and Return Shipping Excluded). Refunds (including shipping costs) or a new replacement will be approved only if the return item is defective. We have the right to send a new replacement for any defective product instead of a refund despite a customer request for refund only. Please contact us before sending a defective product return. We may not require a return for a defective product but instead may request pictures of the defect to inspect only. No refund will be provided if the product appears to have been used improperly or intentionally tampered with which caused the damage. Any return request for damage or defect will not be allowed after 7 days of receipt of order by customer in all circumstances.
IMPORTANT - Please return the the item(s) by USPS 1st Class Package only. If we pay the return shipping due to manufacturer defect or damage we will only reimburse for USPS 1st Class rate. If a customer returns the item using a costlier shipping method, we will not reimburse the excess fee above USPS 1st Class rate. Sending returns with TRACKING info is required on all product returns. If the return fails to arrive back at our facility and there is no proof of arrival or no tracking info on the return to confirm delivery to our facility we will not provide any refund or replacement . Tracking protects our customers to obtain confirmation the item was successfully delivered to our facility.
If a refund is approved the customer will receive refunds within 10 business days from receipt of the returned product.
A new replacement in lieu of a refund will be shipped within 7 business days from the time we receive the item or pictures of the item and confirm the defect.
International Return Policy
We do not accept returns on international orders unless the product is damaged or defective to the point the product is unusable as designed. If the product defect or damage is mostly cosmetic and does not materially impact the full functionality of the product and remains fully usable, please forward us a picture of the damage or defect to email@example.com and we will contact the customer after we review the picture to resolve the problem on a case-by-case basis. Please be advised to assure guaranteed delivery and delivered within 6 business days choose DHL Express Service or UPS Express International only, which can be selected at checkout. Delivery by USPS 1st Class International, as advertised by USPS can take 10-22 business days to arrive. There is no specific guarantee delivery date when purchasing USPS 1st Class International delivery and deliveries may arrive sooner or later than the 10-22 business day range. Upgraded expedited EXPRESS USPS, UPS, or DHL International shipping options are available at checkout. Only USPS International Express and DHL Worldwide or UPS International Express guarantee a specific delivery date.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
Please be advised, the country where you reside MAY require an additional payment of a customs or VAT fee when your product arrives in the country you reside. We do not calculate these fees when you checkout. These fees are usually paid separately and collected by the mail service or courier of the country you reside when your order is delivered. Most countries do not charge these additional customs charges. We are not responsible or liable for these customs, or VAT fees in the country you reside. Before a customer makes a purchase for a USA product online, please be aware of the customs and VAT rules and fees charges in the country that you reside that may charge additional fees for customs or VAT prior to delivery. We are not responsible for disclosing all the additional customs and VAT rules and fees charged for the many countries we ship to, and are not responsible for these additional fees. If a customer elects to refuse delivery of the package and return an item because they refuse to pay the additional customs fees, upon receipt of the international return back to our facility we will refund the cost of the ShowrShield only (excluding all outbound and return shipping fees) subject to deduction if the item is damaged during return shipping.
USPS First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International may not be trackable the entire journey to your location. Some countries do not continue to update tracking info once the package leaves the USA. Please be aware of this when reviewing tracking status.
If your purchase is taking longer than you had anticipated please contact us. Some countries have widely varying delivery times due to customs and other circumstances beyond our control. Please be patient if your item seems to be taking too long. The only way to assure quicker and guaranteed delivery is via DHL Worldwide Express, UPS International Express, or USPS International Express.
NOTE- If a customer provides an inaccurate address and the package is deemed undeliverable due to bad or unknown address, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. In this instance, we will gladly refund the cost of the ShowrShield and applicable taxes only, less the loss in value from return shipping damage once the item is returned to our facility.
