Return Policy, Shipping, International Customs Fees, Handling & Processing
We hope all our customers will love the ShowrShield and will never want to return it. The ShowrShield is deemed an “HYGIENE” item so once it touches the skin and gets wet it cannot be returned for hygiene/health reasons. In other words we cannot resell the ShowrShield to another party once been used. Customers may only return new, and unused items in its original or similar packaging within 10 calendar days of delivery (postmark on return postage is acceptable for proof of delivery during 10 calendar day return) for a full product refund including applicable tax only (Shipping and Return Shipping Excluded). If it’s a domestic return, items must be returned via USPS First Class Package - with Tracking. IMPORTANT - Package Tracking Information is required on all product returns. If the return fails to arrive back at our facility and there is no proof of tracking we will not provide any refund. Full refunds or new replacements will be granted only if the return item is defective. We will only pay for shipping to replace a defective product (defective product is defined as damage to ShowrShield significant enough to degrade the full functionality and performance). No refund will be provided if the product appears to have been used improperly or intentionally tampered with which caused the damage or request for return. Very small cosmetic dents and creases in plastic face shield occurring during shipping (small dents that are not cracked, or do not reduce the ShowrShield’s full functionality) or incidental color changes of the colored headband may occur as part of the manufacturing gluing process which are cosmetic only will not be considered defective and thus non-returnable under this Return Policy. Any return request for damage or defect will not be allowed after 14 days of receipt of order by customer in all circumstances.
International Return Policy
We do not accept returns on international orders unless the product is damaged or defective to the point the product is unusable as designed. If the defect or damage is mostly cosmetic and does not materially impact the full functionality of the product and remains fully usable, please forward us a picture of the damage or defect to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact the customer after we review the picture to resolve the problem on a case-by-case basis. Please be advised to assure guaranteed delivery and delivered within 5 business days choose DHL Express Service only which can be selected at checkout. Delivery by USPS 1st Class International, as advertised by USPS can take 10-22 business days to arrive.
If a refund is approved the customer will receive refunds within 21 business days from receipt of the returned product.
Will be shipped within 10 business days from the time we receive the returned item. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on replacement items unless the product was defective in which case we will pay to ship the replacement product

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Please be advised, the country where you reside MAY require a payment of a customs or VAT fee. We do not calculate these fees when you checkout. These fees are usually paid separately and collected by the mail service or courier of the country you reside when your order is delivered. Most countries do not charge these additional customs charges. We are not responsible or liable for these customs, or VAT fees in the country you reside.
Customs, Import, and VAT taxes or fees are beyond our control, not included in the price on our site and are paid by the customer upon delivery by the shipping courier. Any taxes or fees assessed by your country, including fees associated with the collection of these taxes or fees, are the customer's responsibility. We will not grant refunds, neither in full, nor in part, for any taxes or fees collected by your country. If you abandon your package instead of paying assessed taxes or fees, no refund will be granted for your purchase.
USPS First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International may not be trackable to your location.
Delivery confirmation or tracking may not available to all APO, DPO, FPO, or US Territory locations.
If your purchase is taking longer than you had hoped, please contact us. Some countries have widely varying delivery times due to customs and other circumstances beyond our control. Please be patient if your item seems to be taking too long.
United States Postal Service First Class Package Rate delivery on all products shipped to USA destinations is our standard delivery method. Upgraded faster USPS shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. International destinations will be subject to an additional international shipping charge(s) and will be calculated at checkout. Upgraded faster USPS International shipping options are available at checkout. These international upgraded options are substantially more expensive and USPS will not guarantee delivery dates. We do not recommend these costly options, but offer them as service to our customers.
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA and usually to PO Boxes but physical addresses are preferred. Our products cannot be shipped to certain remote international destinations due to excessive shipping costs.
NOTE- if a customer provides an inaccurate address and the package is deemed undeliverable, the customer is at risk for the entire loss of the order cost and shipping charges. We are not responsible for loss due to incorrect shipping address provided by customer.
