Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the time the item was received. Due to the current Covid-19 outbreak we will gladly accept a return without a restocking fee if the ShowrShield is brand new, and the inner clear poly bag that protects the ShowrShield has not been opened or torn. We cannot accept a return or approve a refund if the ShowrShield has been intentionally damaged or tampered with. If the item is defective upon receipt, we reserve the right to replace the defective item at no additional cost to the customer at our option. For defective item returns, we will require pictures or screenshots of the defect area sent via a cut and paste attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon review and confirmation of the defect we will approve a replacement or we will refund the customer the full cost of the defective item, plus shipping fees and applicable taxes. Please do not return the defective item unless requested. If we request that the item be returned back to our facility due to a defect, we will pay the return shipping fees. For all other returns requests not noted above, we will gladly accept the return and will extend a refund back to a customer’s account for the cost of the ShowrShield plus applicable taxes only (minus a 30% restocking fee and all shipping fees are excluded). Due to Covid-19, restocking fee is required if the return item was opened or used as it must be cleaned, disinfected and repackaged. If the item(s) meets the conditions for a return please send the ShowrShield in the original shipping packaging or very similar packaging. By packing the return item as recommended, your return should be fully protected from damage during return shipping. Upon receipt we will inspect the return and contact you to advise you of the refund amount (if applicable).
Please return the item(s) by USPS 1st Class Package only. If we pay the return shipping due to manufacturer defect or damage we will only reimburse for the rate for USPS 1st Class with tracking. Customers must send the return with “tracking” so both parties can confirm when the return arrives at our facility. Getting tracking on the delivery protects the customer so the customer has documented verification the returned item(s) was definitively received back to our facility.

If a refund is approved the customer will receive refunds within 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
A new replacement in lieu of a refund will be shipped within 7 business days from the time we receive the item or pictures of the item to confirm the defect. We have the right to replace the defective item rather than provide a refund, at our option.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping delays for domestic and international orders are occurring by all our shipping services (USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX). We are unaffiliated with these entities and we rely on them to perform as advertised. These delays are beyond our control. Please carefully consider this information before purchasing as we will not refund or cancel a order for late delivery caused by these entities.
International Shipping & Return Policy Information
We do not accept returns on international orders unless the product is damaged or defective to the point the product is unusable as designed. If the product defect or damage is mostly cosmetic and does not materially impact the full functionality of the product and remains fully usable, please forward us a picture of the damage or defect to email@example.com and we will contact the customer after we review the picture to resolve the problem on a case-by-case basis.
Please be advised to assure guaranteed delivery and delivered within 6 business days choose DHL Express Service or UPS Express International only, which can be selected at checkout. Delivery by USPS 1st Class International, as advertised by USPS can take 10-22 business days to arrive. There is no specific guarantee delivery date when purchasing USPS 1st Class International delivery and deliveries may arrive sooner or later than the 10-22 business day range. Upgraded expedited EXPRESS USPS, UPS, or DHL International shipping options are available at checkout. Only USPS International Express and DHL Worldwide or UPS International Express guarantee a specific delivery date.

Other International Shipping & Customs Fees Info
Please be advised, the country where you reside MAY require an additional payment of a customs or VAT fee when your product arrives in the country you reside. We do not calculate these fees when you checkout. These fees are usually paid separately and collected by the mail service or courier of the country you reside when your order is delivered. Most countries do not charge these additional customs charges. We are not responsible or liable for these customs, or VAT fees in the country you reside. Before a customer makes a purchase for a USA product online, please be aware of the customs and VAT rules and fees charges in the country that you reside that may charge additional fees for customs or VAT prior to delivery. We are not responsible for disclosing all the additional customs and VAT rules and fees charged for the many countries we ship to, and are not responsible for these additional fees. If a customer elects to refuse delivery of the package and return an item because they refuse to pay the additional customs fees, upon receipt of the international return back to our facility we will refund the cost of the ShowrShield only (excluding all outbound and return shipping fees) subject to deduction if the item is damaged during return shipping.
USPS First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International may not be “trackable” the entire journey to your location. Some countries do not continue to update tracking info once the package leaves the USA. Please be aware of this when reviewing tracking status.
If your purchase is taking longer than you had anticipated please contact us. Some countries have widely varying delivery times due to customs and other circumstances beyond our control. Please be patient if your item seems to be taking too long. The only way to assure quicker and guaranteed delivery is via DHL Worldwide Express, UPS International Express, or USPS International Express.
NOTE- If a customer provides an inaccurate address and the package is deemed undeliverable due to bad or unknown address, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. In this instance, we will gladly refund the cost of the ShowrShield and applicable taxes only, less the loss in value from return shipping damage once the item is returned to our facility.
